Position Requirements : The Graphic Design Executive in the Corporate Communications Department must ideally possess:
Design Skills & Creativity
Education and Training: A bachelor\'s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field is often preferred. Formal education in design principles is a plus point, completion in relevant courses, workshops, or certifications that enhance your skills and credibility will be considered.
Proficiency in Design Software: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Portfolio: Kindly share a portfolio showcasing your design work if called for an interview.
Some Branding and Marketing Knowledge
Since this position is with the Corporate Communications Department. excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential. You will need to understand and interpret project briefs, collaborate with team members, and present your design concepts.
They should possess the ability to adapt to changing priorities, embrace feedback, and think creatively.
