Problem Management (management of production problems and incidents) production problem ticket fixing on Silverlake Core Banking application, ie. BWCIF, RBK(Deposit), Loans, Collateral, NPL, Cash & Payment, ATM and etc. Platform / Product: Silverlake Server / Database:AS400/DB2 Language: RPG, COBOL OS:AS400
