Why does this job exist and why is it critical What are you accountable for Responsible for Service Assurance and Technical Operational support functionality of Mobile Network Core technologies - including Evolved Packet Core, IoT, M2M and NFVI Responsible primarily for Fault Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release Management , Security Management and Vendor Management related to the Mobile Network Core systems Liaison to Vendors for expert support, responsible for outage post-mortem coordination and follows through on actions for permanent solution in accordance with SLAs and KPIs. Ensures operational readiness on all projects and securing zero defect on post implementation. Process Enhancement in Digitalisation and Automation initiatives. Participate in improving existing processes by providing constructive feedback and assist to draft new process flows. What do you need to have for this role Degree inTelecommunications, IT or related Engineering fields. Candidate must possess more than 5-7 years of work experience in managing Mobile Telecommunication with 2-3 years of operational environment experience. Experience in handling Mobile Evolved Packet Corenetworks , Network Function Virtualisation and have strong end to end understanding ofDataTelecommunication Core networks Have in depth technical knowledge and understanding on 4G and 5G Mobile Core network architecture and setup Possess ITIL,CCNA,CCNP, HCNA certification is an added advantage Possess strong communication, project management, analytical and troubleshooting skills and be able to work independently or as a team.
