We\'re hiring a rockstar Corporate Account Manager to be based in Klang Valley. You will have administrative duties in developing and implementing management strategies. As a Corporate Account Manager, you will collaborate with our other verticals of the business closely for alignment. Your insightful contribution will help develop, expand and maintain our management.Responsibilities:

  • Manage and expand relationships with existing MNCs/SMEs and proactively identify further new business opportunities.
  • Consultative client approach by applying strategic knowledge to promote growth, maximizing profit while maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Develop comprehensive account growth plans for key clients, including ongoing customer support and data-driven insight, resulting in increased transactional growth and upsell opportunities.
  • Attained record low client churn by effectively selling foodpanda for business value proposition.
Qualifications
  • 3 - 5 years\' experience with proven B2B corporate sales and account management experience.
  • Preferably within the areas of major corporates in banking, e-commerce, oil and gas, construction, and consultancy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
  • Ability to understand client\'s needs and present solutions.
  • The ability to speak in other languages is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Yesware, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
