Our client is a well-established law firm with strong capabilities in corporate and commercial work. The firm regularly supports cross-border transactions and advises multinational corporations across key sectors.
They are seeking a motivated and commercially minded Corporate Lawyer with 2-6 PQE to join its growing corporate & commercial team. The successful candidate will work on corporate transactions, cross-border M&A, joint ventures, commercial advisory, and regulatory matters.

Responsibilities
Handle corporate & commercial matters: M&A, JV, restructuring, advisory.
Draft, review & negotiate agreements.
Conduct due diligence for transactions.
Advise clients on governance, compliance & regulatory issues.
Work with cross-border teams on international deals.
Communicate directly with clients & help drive solutions.
Requirements
2to6 years PQE in corporate / M&A.
Strong drafting and analytical skills.
Good communication, client-facing and teamwork abilities.
Able to manage tasks independently.
This position is only open to Malaysian citizens.
