Job Summary: As a Corporate Business Development Executive, your objectives are: Lead generation and acquisition of corporate clients to be onboarded with SmartBite Smooth handover of accounts to corporate account managers Key Responsibilities: Responsible for lead generation of valuable corporate clients, consulting regional and country leads for the strategic direction through cold calls/messages/emails. Pitch SmartBite\'s food technology solutions to clients Develop and test various client acquisition tactics to attract and persuade clients to partner with SmartBite Maintain constant communication to ensure the successful onboarding of prospective clients Maintain acquisition materials for relevance and keep up-to-date with SmartBite product developments Onboard clients to the SmartBite platform (create accounts, see through credit line) Ensure that client\'s expectations are set and they are properly oriented on SmartBite\'s terms of service Endorsement and handover of new clients to Key Account Managers Raising market needs (e.g., cuisines, certifications) to the team to ensure supply on the platform (vendors) meets demand Identify areas for product or process improvement where Client user experience is impacted and communicate with the team Report periodic results to the Head of Sales Education: No requirements Experience: Proven performance through an internship(s) Training: MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM System literacy Skills: Excellent hospitality and customer relation skills; highly organized and keen to details; Possesses logical thinking with strong analytical skills; Effective negotiation and communication skills; Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team; Has the initiative to improve and develop oneself.
