Job Description


Join as a Communications Manager to drive local and regional communication strategies across multiple markets, including Australia, Vietnam and more. Be a part in enhancing the visibility and reputation of the group and its associated projects, with a strong focus on strategic writing and content development.As a Communication Manager, you will be responsible for developing external communications to promote key projects and milestones, also overseeing internal communications to align employees with company goals. Beside, you will also be responsible for:

  • Creating multi-channel content (brochures, websites, videos, social media) for marketing, branding, and investor relations. Collaborating with regional teams to tailor content while maintaining global brand consistency.
  • Managing press releases, media interviews, and PR campaigns to build and protect the company's image. Developing crisis communication strategies to safeguard the Group's reputation.
  • Working with cross-functional team to implement communication strategies, ensuring projects communications are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Building relationships with key stakeholders, including media, government, and industry groups. Organising engagement events to enhance brand visibility and stakeholder relations.
  • Tracking media coverage and industry trends, utilising social listening tools to monitor public sentiment and competitor activity.

Also:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications, English Literature, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Strong ability to think strategically, with excellent analytical skills to assess communication outcomes and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Proficient in social media management, digital communication strategies, and familiar with various digital tools and platforms.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with key stakeholders, including media, industry influencers, and partners.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
