Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies aligned with the company\'s goals and target audience
Conduct market research to understand consumer insights, market trends, and competitive landscape, and identify opportunities for brand differentiation and growth
Define and maintain brand\'s identity and positioning, and develop brand guidelines that encompass visual elements, tone of voice, and brand values. Ensure consistency in brand representation across all touchpoints.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote the brand and the product/services with collaboration with cross-functional teams including advertising, digital marketing, and creative agencies to develop compelling campaigns and creative assets
Collaborate with sales, marketing and project management teams to develop launch strategies, positioning, messaging, and marketing collateral for new product/service launches, and ensure seamless execution
Create and manage brand communication materials including website content, social media posts, press releases, advertising materials, etc.
Identify and pursue strategic brand partnerships that align with the brand values and target audience
Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, and conduct regular market research and gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and inform future brand strategies
Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, project management, customer experience, etc. to align brand strategies and ensure consistent brand representation throughout customer journey
Assist with company award submissions
Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging communication technologies, and continuously enhance knowledge and skills through professional development opportunities
Requirements:
Degree in Marketing / Communications
At least 8 years of experience in relevant experience
Real Estate industry experience will be a plus
Based in Johor
