The Digital and Communications Manager will be overlooking the overall digital marketing strategy of the brand with a focus on performance marketing. This is definitely a role for you to expand your portfolio for accelerated growth.

The Digital and Communications Manager will be primarily responsible for the overall digital marketing strategy and execution that enhances brand awareness and visibility to the target audiences. The main responsibilities of this role include:

  • Managing all digital content creation and distribution across various digital platforms
  • Providing comprehensive analysis and reporting on digital campaigns, website traffic, social media impression and email campaigns
  • Overseeing the complete implementation process for targeted marketing channels, encompassing program development, digital media budget, P&L assumptions, program approval documentation, marketing brief procedures, coordination across channels, and internal communications
  • Utilising SEO effectively to support the overall digital marketing activities and identifying new technologies to improve digital targeting (DMP, DSP) and funnel performance (analytics)
  • Stay updated on emerging social media platforms, web technologies, and digital marketing trends, and incorporate new technologies to increase brand visibility in the digital realm
  • Translating and adapting the global communication materials to be in line with local market needs
  • Collaborating with influencers and agency to achieve the overall brand communication objectives
  • Managing communication with the media and agency partners, social influencers and relevant stakeholders and generating ideas for sustainable online engagement

The successful candidate shall have minimum 5 years of digital marketing experience with at least 2 years of experience at managerial level with a focus on performance marketing to achieve the brand objectives. Other requirements include:
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in Marketing or equivalent
  • Proficiency in using Google Analytics to measure the performance, create dashboards and draw insights for further optimisation
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with other languages as an added advantage
  • Solid track record in driving sales and profit growth with sharp analytical skills
  • High operational and entrepreneurial role with hands-on approach
  • Staying abreast in the digital sphere with strong networking
  • Excellent project management and time management skills
