Corporate Communication Senior Executive

Job Description




The Senior Executive in Corporate Communication is responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies to uphold the organization\'s reputation, strengthen its brand identity, and maintain transparent and cohesive messaging across various platforms. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent communication that aligns with the company\'s goals.

Job Responsibilities

PR/Media

  • Liaison with PR/Digital agency for local external and internal PR programs including media planning, media relations, publicity, media monitoring.
  • Producing engaging content for internal and external audiences including drafting and/or editing materials.
  • Collate data and prepare weekly and monthly reports.
  • Liaise with vendors on matters such as making orders, ensuring timely deliveries and deliverables as well as processing payments.
CSR/ESG
  • Execute CSR activities including fundraising, volunteerism and activities for local Casa Herbalife Nutrition Program, Nutrition for Zero Hunger and Sustainability initiatives.
  • Managing the local Casa Herbalife Nutrition Program.
  • Execute fundraising initiatives.
  • Casa Friends management including monthly pledge program, generate relevant tracking reports, follow-ups with members who signed up as Casa Friends on renewals, non-payment, any other relevant matters.
Social Media
  • Adapting and developing PR/CSR/GA initiatives for Social Media post.
  • Liaison with the Creative agency.
Government Affairs
  • Liaison with trade associations, professional bodies, nutrition societies and universities for advertising, event, conference support, sponsorship.
  • Coordinate with various departments for inputs as needed by local authorities.
  • To provide support in relation to any government-related matters.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s degree in public relations, communications, marketing or related disciplines.
  • At least 2-3 years solid experience in corporate affairs, corporate communications or public relations, government relations, PR agency background.
  • Excellent communications skills in both spoken and written English, as well as Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Experience in producing engaging content.
  • Experience in effective media communications, including digital communications.
  • Experience in event management.
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff, distributors and third parties.
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and carry out responsibilities under general supervision.
  • Able to multi-task, self-motivated, proactive, able to work under pressure and independently.
