Vacancy - Corporate Communications Executive Summary of Position: To assist in always achieving Management\'s corporate vision and communications objectives for the Group. To assist the Corporate Communications department in developing collaterals and liaising with both internal and external stakeholders. Duties & Responsibilities: To assist the Department lead in identifying potential communications ideas/content by analyzing market strategies and competitors; To provide a weekly report on competitor\'s marketing/communications initiatives; Assist with planning, organizing, and administrating college events together with the Corporate Communications Department for both on and off-site College events; Assist the Department lead in providing Management and Board with regular, comprehensive reports on competitor analysis; Take an active role in the management of Imperium\'s social media channels; To work with relevant departments within the college to develop internal/external events; Provide creative and administration support to the Corporate and Marketing team; Work closely with the communications department to create, edit and maintain content for use across a wide range of channels; Position in this classification may perform all the responsibilities above and other related duties as assigned within Edumaax /MAA Group Berhad; PERSON SPECIFICATION: Demonstrated track record in event management. Proficient in Google Slides and MS Office. Basic understanding of Media Relations: internal/external communications, Public Relations, Public Affairs, Patient Groups procedures while looking beyond existing methodologies and own discipline to define and resolve complex problems. Manage and grow the company\'s presence on major social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging social media technologies, adapting strategies to capitalize on new opportunities. Establish and nurture a strong industry network to increase awareness and influence public opinion through various communication outlets. Craft PR plans for marketing campaigns and translate brand and key messages into media concepts and compelling stories. Leverage a variety of media channels to maximize the company\'s brand exposure through interviews, editorials, and other media opportunities. Build strong and positive relationships with media, influencers, and other related parties Education : Basic degree in any field of equivalent Experience : Minimum 1.5 years working experience Qualities : Posses Microsoft knowledge (Ms Word, Ms Excel, MsPower Point and basic designing skills (Canva). Able to work independently with minimum supervision. Able to multitask to meet tight deadlines. Strong verbal and written proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
