What you\'ll do

Role Responsibilities

\xc2\xb7 Responsible for the implementation of the communications plan (internal and external) and run the day-to-day management of the projects to ensure they are completed successfully

\xc2\xb7 Works closely with the PR agency to ensure timely implementation of planned initiatives

\xc2\xb7 Conducts social media monitoring and analytics

\xc2\xb7 Responds to media requests and pitch relevant content to media outlets

\xc2\xb7 Writes, edits and proof-reads various written materials

\xc2\xb7 Handles and manages enquiries from the press and other related organisations

\xc2\xb7 Works collaboratively with key team members to build strong content to best communicate stories and initiatives

Essential for the role

• You should have excellent English and Bahasa Malaysia writing and verbal communication skills

• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in corporate communications, event management and media relations

• Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills with good attention to detail

• You should have minimum university Bachelor\'s degree and above

• The role is of 6 months contract and potential candidates will be considered for a conversion to permanent opportunity, subjected to discussion.

Desirable for the role

• Knowledgeable and conversant in Word, Excel, PowerPoint

• Experience in the pharmaceutical / healthcare communications is desired

• Experience in social media or digital communications is desired

• Knowledge in online Communication Tools (eg. SurveyMonkey), Graphic Design skills (eg. Adobe Photoshop)
