JobScope:

Responsible for the Company\'s growth opportunities, such as mergers and acquisitions, partnerships or new market entry.
Develop presentations, evaluate and negotiate acquisitions and assist with business units performance and growth strategies
Responsible for Business Process Improvements, Internal Audits, Risks & Controls
Assess the Company\'s business performance including the formulation, monitoring and reporting the Key Performance Indicators
Develop in-house market intelligence and research
Lead the production of macroeconomic outlook, external business environment analysis and other research reports for management review
Review project risk assessments and develop economic model for capital investment projects
Design and implement project management frameworks and controls
Oversee post-merger integration and performance

Requirement

BSc/BA in Business Administration relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus
At least 10 years of proven track record in corporate development, strategic planning or investment banking
Strong understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance and Marketing
Outstanding organizational leadership capabilities
Proficient in MS Office, Databases and Financial Software Applications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
