Responsibilities Assist management and Corporate Development team in achieving the Group\'s corporate strategies and plans, more specifically related to corporate exercises, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance related matters. Financially well versed, and able to apply financial modelling to predict and assess outcomes, including gathering, analysing and interpreting complicated numerical information Project management for investments and new ventures of the Group, which may involve hands on monitoring and management of operations, and well as supporting decision making for feasibility studies of new ventures. Conduct and coordinate various project due diligence, assessments and permitting activities as well as regulatory compliance, scheduling timelines and budgetary inputs, working closely with both internal resources and outside consultants Providing functional support to any of the Group\'s business units to obtain necessary licenses, permits and approvals required. Liaising with accountants, lawyers, financial experts and regulatory bodies. Handle corporate communication matters with the authorities, investors & other relevant parties. Assist in listed company regulatory and compliance matters including announcements, investor\'s presentations and proposals. Qualifications Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance / Accounting. At least 5 year(s) of working experience in transaction advisory, corporate finance, project development, project management, project finance or the related field is required for this position. Working experience in investment bank, accounting firm or securities company will be an added advantage. Self-starter with strong time management and organisational skills, extreme attention to detail and commitment to producing high quality work product Applicants must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya.
