An exciting Corporate Finance Director job has become available at one of the F&B chains. In this role, you'll act as a strategic partner to the CEO.

About the Corporate Finance Director Role:
You'll be a strategic business partner to the CEO and the Investors on the company's APAC initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the finance team and raise the proficiency of the finance function at both team and individual levels
• Spearhead new investment opportunities in Singapore, regionally and globally
• Corporate audit responsibility, governance and control to be established
• Provide leadership to the company's finance and accounting strategy, to optimise the company's financial performance and strategic position
• Ensure that company financial systems are robust, compliant and support current activities and future growth
• Internal stakeholder management to complete annual financial and management reports and budgeting activities
• Understand and analyse the financial risks for potential deals

To succeed in the Corporate Finance Director job, you will need to have a strategic mindset and the ability to contribute fully to the development of company strategy across all areas of the business,

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accountancy/finance and a relevant accountancy qualification (CA/ACCA/CPA)
• Strong leadership experience; more than five years in a senior level finance position is preferred
• Self-starter: consistently looking for ways to grow and strengthen the company outside of the traditional boundaries of the role
• Risk taker with an entrepreneurial spirit
• Regional experience is preferred
• F&B/retail experience is advantageous
