Job Description

Responsibilities :

• Assist in origination and structuring of corporate proposals such as corporate and capital restructuring, funds raising exercise, initial public offering, merger and acquisition, etc.
• Coordinate and monitor the corporate proposals whilst maintaining good relationships with clients, legal advisors, auditors and principal adviser for all corporate proposals.
• Perform analysis on the feasibility of the proposals.
• Attend to queries and coordinate with other professionals.
• Assist the team leader to prepare presentation papers and pitch books
• Attend to any other tasks as assigned by the superior.

• A holder of Capital Markets Services Representative\xe2\x80\x99s licence would be added advantage
• Possess relevant years of working experience in investment banking, corporate finance, auditing or any other related field.
• Possess at least a Degree in finance, accounting, law or any other related field.
• Candidates with professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, CIMA, CA would have an added advantage.
• Possess strong analytical skills for market and research data and detailed-oriented in the review of documentation and verification of information.
• Good English writing skills as well as communication skills to liaise with external parties involved in the corporate proposals.
• Ability to work under pressure and for long hours.
• Highly driven, independent, able to multitask and demonstrate good communication and presentation skills
