Requirement

Essential Duty and Responsibilities include the followings :-

Monitoring, benchmark, evaluate and analysis of economy, industry, technology and company-specific trends / events to deliver actionable insights to senior management leveraging on intimate working knowledge of the sector.
Undertake research, financial modeling and valuation for investment projects, investee companies, peer groups, industries, etc.
Evaluating investment opportunities from various perspectives, e.g. cashflows, financials, synergies, strategic positioning, etc.
Manage projects / transactions to completion including investment appraisal, due diligence, structuring and documentation.
Partners with various business teams and stakeholders in achieving the above objectives.
Provides financial management and support to the business, advancing overall financial goals and objectives.
Leading ad hoc financial analyses in order to assist management in the evaluation of the cashflows, profitability of income streams as well as the potential for cost efficiencies.
Provides advice to investee companies financially related issues
Any other duties delegated at anytime by the immediate superior
