Our client is a reputable Malaysian law firm recognized for its expertise in corporate, commercial, and M&A transactions.

Responsibilities:

Draft, review and negotiate corporate/M&A agreements. Conduct due diligence and prepare reports. Advise on corporate governance, compliance, securities law and restructuring. Support cross-border transactions and liaise with external counsel. Work closely with clients to deliver clear, practical legal solutions. Stay updated on corporate and securities law developments.

Requirements:

LLB and admission to the Malaysian Bar. 1-8 years PQE in corporate/M&A work. Strong academic record. Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills. Critical thinker with strong commercial awareness. Team player, able to manage multiple deadlines. Cross-border experience and regulatory knowledge are advantages.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
