Responsibilities

Draft, review and negotiate corporate/M&A agreements. Conduct due diligence and prepare reports. Advise on corporate governance, compliance, securities law and restructuring. Support cross-border transactions and liaise with external counsel. Work closely with clients to deliver clear, practical legal solutions. Stay updated on corporate and securities law developments.

Requirements

LLB and admission to the Malaysian Bar. 1 to 8 years PQE in corporate/M&A work. Strong academic record. Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills. Critical thinker with strong commercial awareness. Team player, able to manage multiple deadlines. Cross-border experience and regulatory knowledge are advantages.
