JOB DESCRIPTION 1. Support Management in planning, managing and coordinating day-to-day business activities and meetings. 2. Acting as interpreter and providing management / parties with clear and exact of translation of written materials, and interpretation of verbal communication. 3. Liable to draft, translate or proofread official letters and documents on behalf of Management from Japanese to English/ Malay or vice versa. 4. Attend meetings internally and externally to record minutes and provide bilingual / trilingual interpretation when needed. 5. Accountable to prepare meeting materials as well as monthly reports internally and externally and follow up with respective departments for the materials. 6. Liaise with different parties internally and externally to follow up and ensure smooth business operations and timely submission of reports. 7. Accountable to schedule internal and external meetings or appointments that involves KDMY Management such Monthly Review Meetings, Board of Director Meeting and etc. 8. Monitor tasks delegated by Management to ensure work is achieved to agreed deadline. 9. Responsible to create and draft a new and renewal policy for company and submitted to Regional HQ / Japan HQ for approval and enforcement of the policies. 10. To assist in carrying out verification process for checking all submission of related documents and procedures are in compliance with all relevant policies and guidelines set by Company. 11. To update and revise new compliance based on Malaysian law and regulation and reporting to Management and Regional HQ for enforcement. 12. To update necessary information requested by Regional HQ / Japan HQ within stipulated deadline. 13. To be working closely with other department and provide support when needed. 14. To carry out specific management duties / projects as assigned and handle any other ad-hoc duties as required. JOB REQUIREMENT
