J0716 This company is an entertainment business from Japan. They have around 12 outlet around Klang Valley. Responsibilities: Responsible for cooperation network station management; Develop and execute strategies to expand the franchise network in line with company objectives. Identify and evaluate potential franchise partners, conduct negotiations, and finalise agreements. Provide ongoing support and guidance to franchisees, ensuring compliance with brand standards and operational excellence. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing and promotional initiatives to drive franchisee success. Monitor and analyse franchise performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as necessary. Serve as the primary point of contact for franchisees, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing timely assistance. Work closely with management and discuss about company strategic planning. Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree and Master degree. Minimum of 5 years of experience in franchise management or business development. Proven track record of successfully expanding franchise operations and achieving business objectives. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and effectively manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. Willingness to travel as needed.
