Able to speak in English & Mandarin.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

ResponsibilitiesMarket Research and Lead Generation
Conduct thorough market research to identify potential reseller partners such as pet stores, pet salons, veterinary clinics, and other relevant outlets.
Generate leads and build a robust pipeline of potential business partners through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
Sales and Business Development
Approach potential resellers with tailored proposals that align with their business needs and objectives.
Negotiate terms of partnership, including pricing, orders, and delivery schedules, to secure profitable deals.
Present and demonstrate the value and benefits of our cooked pet food products to potential resellers and partners through meetings, presentations, and product samplings.
Account Management
Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing reseller partners through regular follow-ups, support, and training on product knowledge.
Monitor and analyze sales performance and reseller satisfaction, providing timely solutions to reseller concerns and feedback.
Marketing and Promotional Activities
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional activities and materials tailored to the reseller market, such as in-store promotions, exhibitions, and trade shows.
Educate resellers on product features, benefits, and selling points to enhance their ability to sell our products effectively.
Reporting and Administration
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including visits, sales, and feedback, using RM software.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and market insights.
Market Feedback and Insights
Gather feedback from resellers and customers on product satisfaction, competitive positioning, and market trends.
Provide insights to the product development and marketing teams to help shape future product offerings and marketing strategies.
