Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, vendors, and stakeholders.
Act as the main point of contact for partner inquiries, feedback, and issue resolution.
Conduct regular follow-ups, meetings, and engagement activities to strengthen collaboration.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure partner needs are met effectively.
Prepare reports and updates on partner performance and relationship status.
Job Requirements:
SPM/Diploma/Degree in any related field.
At least 6 months of experience in relationship management, client servicing, or account management.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (Bahasa Malaysia & English)
Good problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Able to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Willing to travel when required.
