Manage a portfolio of clients and monitor the compliance of statutory requirements & liaise with clients for secretarial matters in accordance to the Companies Act 2016 and other statutory regulations. . Preparation of circular resolutions, statutory forms and other corporate secretarial documents in compliance with the relevant statutory regulations and guidelines. . To monitor and supervise the progress of Juniors, to provide guidance to Juniors for secretarial works including review the resolutions and all other relevant documents. . Preparing relevant Agenda of Meeting, drafting minutes of meeting, preparing of papers for meetings and to attend Board and Board Committee Meetings and drafting of Bursa announcements, if so required. . Liaise with auditors in preparation for and during annual audits. Attend to auditors\' queries on behalf of clients. . To provide support beyond secretarial work as and when required by Management. Requirements: . Minimum 2 years of relevant and related Corporate Secretarial experience . Degree in Corporate Administration, Business Administration, or other related disciplines or ICSA graduate . Good written and verbal communication skills . Good Microsoft Office skills (especially Word) . Good supervision skills . Able to priorities work, monitor and meet deadlines . Good attitude in learning, detailed and deadline-oriented .
