Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Corporate Trainer. The Corporate Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions, developing training materials, and evaluating training effectiveness. They will also collaborate with teams to identify training needs, deliver customized training programs, and provide ongoing coaching and support to employees. Some remote work is acceptable, but the majority of the role will be located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. Qualifications Strong presentation and public speaking skills Experience in designing and delivering training programs Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams Familiarity with different training methods and techniques Organizational and time management skills Flexible and adaptable to changing needs Experience in team-building or organizational development is a plus Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field
