COSMETIC PRODUCTS AND JEWELLERY SPECIALIST Responsibilities: 1. Consulting with clients to determine their skin type, skincare concerns, and style preferences. 2. Recommending products that fit the client\'s needs, preferences, and budget, and explaining how the products work. 3. Responding to customer questions and complaints. 4. Making sales, processing returns, and maintaining a balanced cash register. 5. Planning and taking part in store events. 6. Designing and maintaining attractive displays and managing inventory. 7. Handling administrative and clerical duties, such as ordering stock and maintaining customer relationships through follow-up calls and mails. 8. Helping customers to make the right choice for them. 9. Researching and evaluating pieces and materials. 10. Valuing pieces and materials. 11. Designing new pieces and building molds. 12. Cleaning and polishing jewellery. 13. Keeping informed about changes of jewellery in the industry.
