Position : Front Desk cum Sale Specialist
Location : Batu Lintang
Working Days : 5 days per week (Monday - Friday / 8.30am - 5.30pm)
Intake : Immediately
Salary : RM1,500 + Allowance + Commission (Up to RM3,000) : 1. To process application in the system as per requested by customer.
2. To monitor & track order status until complete.
3. To deliver and managing SME sales target at client as per assigned by the company.
4. To assist Outlet Manager/Business Development Manager in strategies & plan for improvement of Sales
5. To implement & comply to P&P and SOP in order to improve customer experience and achieve the target
6. To assist Outlet Manager/Business Development Manager to achieve client KPI & Performance specifically in Sales Target
7. To work closely with Internal or external parties to materialise Sales
8. To support new initiatives initiate by Outlet Manager/Business Development Manager, State Head or Headquarters
9. To manage customer experience execution (SPP etc)
10. Able to understand and analyst SME customers needs. Instantly do first review assessment and then to provide quick solution and good product offering
11. Excellent in handling customer especially business owner
12. Creating program and activities to entice SME customers at the SME corner.
13. Ensuring customer rating is within the standard especially on customer experience ie waiting and serving time
14. To participate in outlet\xe2\x80\x99s and state objective towards SME sales achievement.
15. Compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
16. Proactively attend / act on SME related matters
