Position : FRONT DESK CUM SALE ADVISOR- Immediate Hiring( Kuala Lumpur/Selangor) Location : IOI City Mall OR KLCC Salary : RM 3000 + Allowance (RM240) + Mandarin Allowance ( RM200) + Outlet Allowance ( RM300)+ Commission Working Hours : Monday - Sunday / 8.30am - 7.00pm (Rotational Offday) Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Friendly consultative selling in SME Capacity
  • Proactively upsell and cross sell during support/service conversations
  • To build and manage relationships with SME customers to drive business growth, sustainability, ensuring customers\xe2\x80\x99 satisfaction and maximization of sales
  • To manage sales process including negotiations, finalizing proposals/contracts, closing and signing of contract with customers
  • To continuously strengthen micro SME segment through strategic and tactical plan by offering end to end solutions
  • To stay current with industry trends, latest products, solutions and technology & service developments
  • Going to the customer both in store and outside
  • Be up to date on competitor offering, generate insights, trends and market intelligence.
  • To proactively engage & educate customers by showcasing smart technology and solutions.
  • To recommend and advise customers on best product selection to meet customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs
  • To engage in active interaction with customers on devices and technologies
  • To proactively guide virtual/ digital/kiosk information about technology/devices
  • To teach customers about and how to leverage technology for home & business
  • To educate and inspire customers to explore, experience and adopt more technology offerings to enhance their lives.
  • To conduct series of mini seminars/workshop/talks by educating and inspiring customers to explore, experience and adopt more technology offerings to enhance their lives
  • To stay abreast with SME related grants and facilitate customers on the processes to acquire them
  • To coordinate with different cross functional teams to plan and execute new events, incentives and promos with business professionals and SME.
  • Growth hacking \xe2\x80\x93 to explore workarounds and innovative ways to improve day-to-day sales.
Services: To assist customer to interact with products and services physically or virtually in outlet by finding the right solutions and help them resolve any issues, with end to end seamless services (20%)
  • To diligently promote Self-Serve apps and portal to customers and explain the services available.
  • To manage in-store customer experience by creating conducive customer journey, understanding crowd pattern, and executing top notch customer experience.
  • Takes ownership and attend to all types of inquiry & complaint related to Product & Services, monitor & tracking until resolved and closed.
  • To drive operational excellence by creating a conducive customer journey that leads to speedy and effective resolutions for customers and promoting self-serve
  • To create & monitor all transaction status on daily basis.
  • Maintain a positive attitude ( friendly,caring,proactive) and calmly respond to customers\xe2\x80\x99 complaint
  • \xc2\xb7To ensure seamless operations in terms of cash, inventory, floor and in-store merchandising management
Requirement:
  • Candidate must posed SPM with 1 years of experience and above. Diploma or Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in any field is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin or other dialects and languages are a plus.
  • Interested/Experienced in managing digital gadgets/ telco related & smart appliances/products.
  • Candidate must be willing to work on retail hours and on public holidays.
  • Field of experience - Sales, customer service, retail sales, merchandising, marketing, pr, mass communication or business administration environment preferably in the telecommunication or information technology industries
  • Can start immediately.
  • Able to work in rotational shift/off days.
  • Can work in any location required -IOI City Mall OR KLCC
