Job Description


  • Point of sales order processing
  • Ensure accuracy of transactions
  • Coordination of company training
  • Attend to customer needs and feedback
  • Support some company events when needed
  • Reception duties and other ad-hoc tasks assigned
  • Comfortable with a front desk job facing customers
Job Type: Permanent Salary: Up to RM2,600.00 per month Schedule:
  • Fixed shift
Supplemental pay types:
  • Overtime pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Kota Kinabalu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
  • Customer Care Specialist: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:
  • Chinese (Preferred)
