ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Reception Area \xc2\xb7 Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of reception area and counter \xc2\xb7 Maintain air-conditioning at the reception and waiting area at an optimum temperature \xc2\xb7 Ensure required COVID-19 SOP is practiced by clients when entering through entrance (MySejahtera QR code signage and thermometer scanning) \xc2\xb7 Safekeeping of all equipment at reception counter \xc2\xb7 Preparation of thermo-flask and hot tea Customer Service \xc2\xb7 Welcoming clients with greetings and smile upon clients\xe2\x80\x99 arrival \xc2\xb7 Updating of clinic appointment schedule \xc2\xb7 Responding to client\xe2\x80\x99s enquiries (face-to-face, phone and other sales/marketing channels) \xc2\xb7 Responsible for appointment reminder \xc2\xb7 Post-treatment follow-up \xc2\xb7 Guiding clients from waiting area to physician\xe2\x80\x99s room whenever necessary \xc2\xb7 Offering hot tea/water to clients whenever needed after treatment \xc2\xb7 Reminding client for medicine collection at dispensary (if any) after payment is made Services and Products \xc2\xb7 Introducing clinic services and products to clients in a friendly and professional manner \xc2\xb7 Equipped with good product knowledge to provide explanation and simple demonstration to clients \xc2\xb7 Keep updated on prices and promotions of all product categories \xc2\xb7 Registration and Payment Collection \xc2\xb7 Registration of client\xe2\x80\x99s information into system upon client\xe2\x80\x99s arrival \xc2\xb7 Taking note on client\xe2\x80\x99s special requests (if any) \xc2\xb7 Collecting payment from client after completion of treatments \xc2\xb7 Keeping track on the daily payments collected Transit Counter \xc2\xb7 Greetings and smiles when dealing with clients \xc2\xb7 Assign rooms to clients after physician consultation session \xc2\xb7 Assign therapists to each client based on the prescribed treatments accordingly \xc2\xb7 Be constantly alert to client\xe2\x80\x99s needs and requests during the course of treatment \xc2\xb7 Ensure that treatment rooms are cleaned and disinfected by clinic helpers after each use Undertake any ad hoc assignments or tasks assigned by the Senior Management. JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS \xc2\xb7 No experience required; training will be provided. \xc2\xb7 Good personality and customer service oriented. \xc2\xb7 Ability to pick up job procedures quickly, and complete the job assigned properly. \xc2\xb7 Multi races are encouraged to apply. \xc2\xb7 Must be able to converse in Mandarin and written in Chinese. \xc2\xb7 Basic computer skills are required. \xc2\xb7 Work proactively, with a high sense of responsibility, dedication and teamwork. \xc2\xb7 Basic computer skills are required.
