In this critical role you will manage a team supporting cost efficiency improvements and planning closely collaborating with the Production Engineering, Maintenance Sustaining, Procurement, Equipment Improvement and Finance teams. This role also includes being the point of contact for local and global Manufacturing cost and saving related topics. Your responsibilities will include using both your personal and analytical skills to drive the organization to meet its financial goals as well as to help streamline the associated processes used by the team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical skills, a keen eye for accuracy and a passion for contributing to the financial success of the company.Your Job\xef\x82\xb7 Manage, drive, and represent Manufacturing related Cost Efficiency Workstreams.\xef\x82\xb7 Ensure tight cost control as well as the budget and forecasting process within the Production organization and close collaboration with Finance and Procurement.\xef\x82\xb7 Support and drive local and global alignment of related business processes with focus on accuracy and efficiency.\xef\x82\xb7 Continuously drive strategic cost efficiency projects including close alignment with various stakeholder groups.\xef\x82\xb7 Moderate between different department with different objectives to ensure compliance with key financial goals.Required Qualifications\xef\x82\xb7 University degree from an accredited institution.\xef\x82\xb7 At least 5 years of progressive experience in manufacturing and/or finance related role.\xef\x82\xb7 Excellent understanding of interdependencies of manufacturing decision and financial metrics.\xef\x82\xb7 Experience working with global organizations.\xef\x82\xb7 Highly self-motivated and fully committed to drive towards our company goals.\xef\x82\xb7 Excellent presentation and communication skills.\xef\x82\xb7 Project management and change management knowledge.\xef\x82\xb7 Team lead experience and/or project lead experience is a plusSub Specialization : Finance;Costing
