Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Cost Management Accountant to join our team.

• The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and reporting the cost accounting function within the organization.
• This includes developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing and reporting cost data that will be used to improve the company\'s profitability and financial performance.
• In addition, this role will also provide support to the Finance function and assist in the company\'s automation project.

• Develop, implement, and maintain the company\'s cost accounting system.
• Conduct regular cost analysis to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
• Collaborate with other departments to develop accurate cost estimates for new products or services.
• Analyze actual manufacturing costs and prepare periodic reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs.
• Review inventory valuation and costing methods and suggest improvements as necessary.
• Provide management with timely and accurate cost data for decision-making purposes.
• Develop and maintain a budgeting and forecasting system for the cost accounting function.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other financial reports as needed.
• Assist in the finance function, including month-end close, account reconciliations and ad-hoc analysis as required.
• Participate in the company\'s automation project, working with IT and other departments to identify areas for automation and process improvements.
• Assist in the testing and implementation of automation solutions.
• Provide training and support to end-users on new automation solutions.
• Any ad-hoc duty assigned by the management from time to time.
