Job Description


Job Responsibility :

  • Prepare Bill of Quantities, Contract Document and Cost for tender.
  • Preparation of cost estimation/project budget based on preliminary or detailed design.
  • Calling quotations, comparison and recommendation.
  • Review contract drawings and documents to highlight deviation.
  • Preparations of progress claim and final account to clients or sub-contractors.
  • Ensure all filling and documentation comply with the departments operation.
  • Attend tender interview / clarification (only if necessary)
  • Any other assigned duties and responsibilities from time to time.
Job Requirements :
  • Candidate must possess a Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent in a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of related working experience in the related field is required for this position. (ACMV)
  • Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • Posses own transport and willing to travel if required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.
  • Basic on autocad drawing
  • Ability to start work immediately would be added advantage.
  • Able/wiling to travel to overseas or outstation
  • Able to work independently, self-initiative and able to produce quality work within tight deadlines.
