1. To attend vendor briefing monthly to collect/record customer special announcement/information as well as collect payment 2. To attend OEM customer complaints in terms of quality and delivery matters 3. To submit tender documents for new project bidding 4. To submit urgent/important documents which are required special attention 5. To coordinate delivery of REM order which is meant for OEM 6. To be a communication window for customers for QCD matters 7. To undertake additional assignments/jobs from superiors from time to time
