Job Description
Job Responsibility To do Bill of Quantity from construction drawings/tender 3D design or measurements from site supervisor. To do all costing based on design provided. Preparation of progress main claims, sub-con claims and variation orders. To obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers prior to negotiating for a competitive price in the purchase of materials within a specific budget guideline. Provide and identify variant order on site. Assist in dealing with contractors and key stakeholders Job Requirements Able to communicate in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia Willing to travel to construction sites when its needed Working on Monday to Friday, 830am to 530pm Able to work in Seri Kembangan Posses own transport Salary are based on experiences Fresh graduates are welcome Posses at least Diploma or Bachelor\'s Degree in Quantity Survey Job Benifits Career advancements Annual Leave Annual Bonus Medical Leave EPF SOCSO EIS
