Snr Executive / Specialist Controlling Analyst 1) You have a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent professional qualification. 2) You have at least 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience with management accounting & forecasting 3) Will be advantage if you have reporting skills with analytical in manufacturing or Shared Service environment. 4) You have excellent exposure in controlling & analytical skills 5) You can communicate clearly at all level organization and able to work with a team. 6) Customer oriented attitude. 7) Has sense of urgency and priority on works. 8) Able to speak, read & write in English, Malay & Mandarin (to support China region). Summary of Duties: 1) Lead the monthly CAPEX forecast and actual reporting for support entities (internal customers) and consolidation of the global reporting. 2) Partner with the support entities to ensure timely forecast submission. 3) In charge of monthly financial close process to ensure accuracy and completeness of month end closing and reporting to support entities. 4) Monthly financial closing task to support regional management accounting. 5) Support the Global Shared Service Controlling team at HQ on GSS Centers reporting. 6) Work closely with BtR team (Book to Report/General Ledger Accounting) to collaborate on the monthly closing process.
