Position Summary

Principal Responsibilities

1. Reconciliation of Accruals/provisions relating to costing and inventory reconciliation.
2. Determine and compile manufacturing variances.
3. Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecast.
4. Compile data and assist in the preparation of management reports and Budget/Plan.
5. Prepare sales analysis.
6. Compile data for completion of financial and statistics returns.
7. Maintain and Update Maintenance Forms ,Adjustment forms, Scrap Reports
8. Prepare product standard costing for Value Stream.
9. Prepare Standard Hours for Value Stream,
10. Prepare and Update Monthly Management Reports;
11. Involve in yearly budget preparations;
12. Assist in yearend stock count;
13. Review CRF (Change Request Form) and PCC (Product Change Control) before updating into Mfg - Pro (BOM, Routing and Item Master Routing & item master)
14. To comply with requirements of Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994 and other legislative requirement in the workplaces.

Education / Experience Requirements

Qualification :
Must have minimum LCCI Diploma / Bachelors Degree in Costing/Accounting or equivalent

Experience :
3 - 5 years in cost accounting experience
