Job Description

1. Computation of actual costing and estimate costing / quotation. 2. Proactive analysis of variances between actual costing and estimate costing / quotation. 3. Providing the Management with reports specifying and comparing factors affecting contribution margin. 4. Analyze manufacturing costs and prepare any related reports. 5. Calculate standard rate for labor and overhead, and discussing with operation on hours usage for efficiency purpose. 6. Calculate finished goods and work in progress costing, analyze variances and margin by product, making strategic suggestions to the Management for process improvement. 7. Check and monitor BOM, maintain standard costs, selling price, product structures and costing, month end closing 8. Coordinate monthly physical stock count, review and prepare stock variances report. 9. Perform monthly closing activities including preparation of costing related journal vouchers
