Job Description

\xe2\x80\xa2 Report to the Costing Manager on all job functions related to the position \xe2\x80\xa2 Planning, studying and collecting data to determine costs of business activity, such as raw material purchases, inventory and labor \xe2\x80\xa2 Interact with Planner to obtain updated Bills of Materials (BOM). Update standard costs in the BOM as needed \xe2\x80\xa2 Analyzing actual manufacturing costs and preparing periodic reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide data and detailed reports specifying and comparing factors affecting prices and profitability of products/projects for value engineering purposes \xe2\x80\xa2 Work closely with finance to closeout completed project/work order by ensuring all material, labor and outside service costs are recorded in support of timely issuance of financial statements \xe2\x80\xa2 Interact with engineering and manufacturing team to provide cost of RFQ to requestors. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain costing data base by periodic \xe2\x80\xa2 Work closely with other functional areas of the Company related to product costing. \xe2\x80\xa2 Undertake other duties and responsibilities, which may be assigned by the Company from time to time with on time full closure
