Job Description
- Fresh Graduate (Degree or Diploma in Marketing/ Business/ Media/ Advertising or related fields will be an advantage).
- Pleasant and friendly personality.
- Service-oriented and have a strong sense of responsibility.
- Love challenges and like to work in a competitive environment.
- Good time management skills.
- Possess own Transport.
- Fluent in Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia are an added advantage.
- Handling counter orders for delivery or pick-up.
- Understanding the customers' requirements and specifications.
- Solving all the customer's complaints and issues about the product.
- Offering excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining a strong relationship with new customers.
