Greet customers and identify their needs.
Provide product information, recommendations, and demonstrations.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or returns professionally.
2. Sales & Product Promotion
Promote and upsell products or services at the counter.
Prepare quotations and process sales orders.
Meet daily or monthly sales targets.
3. Cashiering & Transactions
Process payments (cash, card, digital payments).
Issue receipts, invoices, and delivery orders.
Maintain cash register accuracy and reconcile cash at end of shift.
4. Inventory & Stock Management
Check, monitor, and replenish stock at the counter showroom.
Assist in stock-taking and reporting low inventory levels.
Ensure product displays are tidy and well-stocked.
5. Administrative & Reporting Tasks
Update customer records, sales reports, and inventory logs.
Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for order delivery or pickup.
Maintain proper filing of documents such as invoices and receipts.
6. Store Upkeep
Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the sales counter area.
Arrange product displays following company guidelines.
