Job description \xc2\xb7 Responsible to establish, implement and maintain all controls related to compliance with ISO/IEC 17021, ISO/IEC 17065, related accreditation, IQNet and IQNet members and DQS Holding Corporate Requirements. \xc2\xb7 Responsible to mitigate any business development issues related to the certification scheme and to implement related solutions from input sources such as from DQS Malaysia management, Certification Division, Customer Service Division, Finance and Administrative Division, customer satisfaction surveys, customer complaints and related official input channels. \xc2\xb7 Main support point on Business Development activities from customer enquiry with controls of basic data compilation, application of contract review and man-days approval, cost calculation, proposal/contract preparation, amendments of proposal/contracts etc. \xc2\xb7 Follow-Up on new contract execution and support the Customer Service Division in execution, contract handover and closure. \xc2\xb7 Follow-up on payment from customers with support from the Finance and Administration Division. \xc2\xb7 Responsible to update DQS Malaysia website with current news and happenings and creating marketing campaign/marketing content. \xc2\xb7 Coordinate with the Customer Service Division on the maintenance of the related customer data on the DQS databases e.g. MyDQS and Customer Database. \xc2\xb7 Compile monthly sales KPI report of DQS Malaysia. \xc2\xb7 Responsible to support all Internal Audit, Accreditation Audits or DQS Holding Audits activities \xc2\xb7 Research, survey, collect and compile market information related to the market that DQS Malaysia is operating including for certification, assessment and knowledge management business sectors. \xc2\xb7 Coordinate and plan logistics arrangement with external parties such as Hotel, Trainers etc. in Knowledge Management development. \xc2\xb7 Support in venue set up, training materials compilation and preparation, training coordination etc. during Knowledge Management courses. \xc2\xb7 Support the Customer Service Manager, Certification Manager and the Senior General Manager in their absence. \xc2\xb7 Any other task assigned by the Superior Job requirements: \xc2\xb7 Minimum of 5 years working experience in 3rd party certification services. \xc2\xb7 Minimum of 3 years working experience in Business Development Executive positions. \xc2\xb7 Experience in industries implementing the related management system standards and familiar with related legal and regulatory requirements. \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of ISO/IEC 17021 is preferred. \xc2\xb7 Good leadership skills and high sense of integrity \xc2\xb7 Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills. \xc2\xb7 Possess good management and problem-solving skills \xc2\xb7 Excellent command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia \xc2\xb7 Other language competency is an added advantage \xc2\xb7 Candidates Chinese is preferred Job Type: Full-time Salary: From RM5,000.00 per month Benefits:
