Bachelor's degree, preferably major in tourism, travel, hospitality, or relevant field.
Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role in Travel & Tourism Sector.
Experience in planning and budgeting.
Knowledge of business process and functions (operations, finance, sales, account management, HR, etc.).
Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize.
Must be a self-starter and driven.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
Fluent in English, oral and written.
Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Country Manager wo will take up a key role in Account Management in developing and expanding trust relationships, retention, & expansion with existing clients.
The Country Manager should also be an excellent salesperson, as they will have to negotiate deals and commissions with travel partners.
