Job Title: Country Manager APX Logistics Solutions is a digital freight consolidator, and we are offering LogTech solutions which innovate and disrupt the current road freight industry. We consolidate, digitalize and connect, building Asia\'s largest Less-Than-Truckload network. Our solutions and infrastructure provide nationwide LTL service coverage to its transport members at the lowest cost and highest reliability. We are an experienced team with unrivaled capabilities and experience in Logistics, Fintech, Finance, Cloud Solutions, Business Intelligence, and Operations. The Founding Team consists of serial entrepreneurs who previously built and exited successful companies including one of the largest freight forwarders specialized in handling semi-conductors in Asia. We are now expanding our reach into Malaysia in addition to our Singapore and Thailand networks. We have a strong start-up mentality and seek like-minded professionals to join a rapidly growing team as a Malaysia\'s Country Manager Key Responsibilities: Responsible for the Country Financial Key Results, namely, Revenue, Revenue Growth, Profitability, CAGR, Cost Management, Employee Satisfaction, Employee Morale, Customer Growth through acquisitions, Customer Satisfaction, Vendor Partnership and Management, Succession Program across all key positions in the Country. Responsible for development, achievement, and delivery of suitable logistics services or solutions in tandem with overall corporate directions and strategies. Gather market intelligence and build strong working relationships internally and externally so as to achieve high customer satisfaction leading to increase in sales revenue. Ensure good working relationship with all the Government Authorities for smooth and achievable changes, progression, and new initiatives. Grow the number of Key Accounts so as to achieve sustainable growth and profitability. Responsible for all medium and short term plans for the Country and lead in budget processes, financial and employee growth and development, achieving total effectiveness and efficiency in solutions development and delivery and customer satisfaction and feedback. Responsible for achieving sales targets and growth Responsible for ensuring high customer satisfaction Develop pricing and business models based on customer needs Deal with and overcome objections raised by customers Collate and submit sales reports and analysis Collate and present performance to customers and/or management Develop strong customer relationships through regular visits or timely response to their queries Discharge all account management responsibilities Any other duties as and when assigned by the superior To commit to ensure APX\'s Quality, Safety, Health & Environmental (QSHE) Policy and QSHE System documentation is understood, implemented and maintained.
