Job Description

• This role is the coordinator between Procurement teams supporting the region to optimize support to the Business.
• This role will lead country procurement management for Malaysia & Philippines.

• Developing a corporate procurement and material management process for the procurement of indirect goods and services (such as IT, Marketing, Corporate Services etc)
• Sourcing, cost management, contract management, supplier collaboration & innovation, supplier relationship and development management, and commodity price risk management.
• Deliver the annual financial and non-financial targets for the portfolio in the markets.
• Accountable for security of supply and brand protection and risk and governance within their portfolio.
• Own the full results of all the portfolio contract negotiations, achieving the given KPIs, quality and TCO targets, and proactively identify opportunities, add value, and improve the TCO.
• Ensure that the underpinning process improvement and procurement activities deliver the expected business value in accordance with the strategic plans.
• Develop and execute a procurement portfolio strategy; establish, communicate, and implement long-term goals
• Lead governance within the portfolio ensuring commercial decisions is aligned with the overall business strategy and up/downstream partners.
• Instill the highest standards of compliance and ethics consistently.

• Degree or equivalent professional qualification
• Minimum 10 -15 years of relevant strategic procurement experience in category management and procurement processes.
• Business partnering skill with proven track records of establishing relationships and influencing senior business stakeholders for decision making
• Significant cross-industry and cross-category experience
• Proven record to lead change in a sophisticated environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in English
• Strong stakeholder management.
