Core Responsibilities1. Business Growth & Strategy
Develop and execute
regional growth strategies

Identify
new applications, sectors, and sales channels
through continuous market research.
Analyze competitor activity and deliver

to headquarters.
2. Sales Execution
Manage the
complete sales cycle

Lead generation

Technical/product pitch
Commercial negotiation

After-sales support
Deliver
monthly product-wise volume and VA targets
across multiple countries.
Drive
cross-selling and upselling initiatives
to maximize wallet share.
3. Client Relationship Management
Build and sustain
strategic relationships with converters, brand owners, FMCG manufacturers, and regional distributors.
Conduct frequent
business development meetings
with prospects and key accounts.
Act as the
primary customer escalation contact
for service issues and quality claims.
4. Product & Market Development
Lead
new product management

Essential Qualifications
5-10+ years experience

Flexible Packaging / BOPP / PET / CPP films

Proven
regional or multi-country sales management exposure

Willingness to travel extensively across Asia
Ability to operate both strategically (growth planning, market expansion) and tactically (hands-on sales execution)
Commercial acumen -- pricing strategy, margin improvement, credit discipline
