The person is responsible for developing content for the Chamber\xe2\x80\x99s e-newsletter, website, marketing material, social media, and other platforms. The role reports directly to the Communications & PR Manager. The key responsibility of this role includes:
- Creating content for the Chamber\xe2\x80\x99s e-weekly newsletter and ensure timely distribution of the newsletter.
- Creating / editing content for the Chamber\xe2\x80\x99s external communications (email blast / alert to members / social media).
- Copywriting / editing support for marketing collaterals, publications, presentations, proposals, and corporate letters as and when required.
- Website coordinator - ensure the Chamber\xe2\x80\x99s website is up to date.
- Supporting content creation for social media, to engage the Chamber\xe2\x80\x99s stakeholders in a way that reflects well on the Chamber\xe2\x80\x99s reputation and brand.
Others
- Liaising with members as and when required, e.g. when members want to use the Chamber\xe2\x80\x99s digital platforms for branding and profiling.
- Supporting key Chamber initiatives and other departments as and when required.
- Flexible to undertake new assignments or special projects.
Requirements
- Possesses a university degree in communications/ public relations/ advertising and marketing. Working experience in a similar role (at least 1 year) is an added advantage. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Have a good flair for writing. Excellent command of English, both written and spoken is a must.
- Encouraged to be creative, curious, and think analytically.
- Able to multi-task, is result-oriented, and tenacious in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience or familiarity with design software (e.g. Adobe Photoshop) will be an added advantage.
- Good interpersonal skills, and a team player with good communication skills.
- Able to work independently and also as a team player.
