You'll produce high-impact content across digital, social, interactive, and video platforms, translating brand vision into compelling storytelling that elevates the company's campaigns and thought leadership.

Key Responsibilities
Conceptualize, produce, and deliver engaging content across social, digital, interactive, and video platforms.
Develop storyboards and translate them into fully executed content, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
Lead end-to-end video and motion content production across platforms, from scripting and shooting to editing and final delivery.
Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and content style while creating multi-platform content that strengthens Company's innovation story.
Collaborate with creative, marketing, and strategy teams to ensure all content meets business and campaign goals.
Implement quality assurance processes to ensure all deliverables meet brand, technical, and creative standards.
Stay informed on trends, technology, and emerging platforms to keep content fresh, relevant, and innovative.
Mentor junior content creators and provide guidance on creative execution, storytelling techniques, and platform best practices.
Requirements
Diploma, Bachelor's, or Master's in New Media, Advertising, Graphic Design, Film, or related fields.
3-5+ years of experience in content creation, video production, or digital storytelling within an agency or in-house team, or as Assistant Director / Producer experience welcome.
Strong portfolio demonstrating multi-platform campaigns, video, and interactive content.
Expert in video editing tools (Premiere, After Effects, CapCut) and motion graphics.
Comfortable with camera work, lighting, and production workflows.
Deep understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and audience engagement strategies.
Knowledge of AI-assisted content creation (Google Veo 3, Krea Ai, Midjourney, DALLE, ChatGPT, Kling AI) is a plus.
Excellent storytelling, writing, and visual communication skills.
Proficient in Bahasa, English; Mandarin is a plus.
Highly organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented, able to work under tight deadlines, and willing to stay late when necessary.
