REQUIREMENTS :

Diploma or equivalent qualification in Photography, Media, Communication, or a related field. Proven experience in photography, editing, and social media content creation. Proficiency in photo editing and design software (Adobe Ilustrator, Adobe Premier Pro, Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Canva, or similar). Strong sense of visual storytelling and attention to detail. Understanding of social media platforms, trends, and content aesthetics. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Videography skills are an added advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Content Planning & Strategy :

Develop monthly content plans and creative concepts aligned with the cafe's marketing campaigns and branding direction. Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to generate content ideas that highlight new menu items, promotions, and events. Research social media trends and propose innovative approaches to increase engagement and audience reach.

Photography & Production

:

Capture professional photos of food, beverages, products, staff, and cafe ambiance for use across social media and promotional materials. Set up and operate cameras, lighting, and other photography equipment to achieve high-quality results. Direct and coordinate photo shoots, ensuring consistency with the cafe's visual identity.

Editing & Post-Production :

Edit photos using professional editing software (e.g. Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Canva, etc.) to enhance quality and maintain brand aesthetics. Design and prepare visual materials such as posters, menus, and digital banners when required. Organize and manage photo archives and digital content assets for easy access and reference.

Brand & Marketing Support :

Work closely with the marketing team and live host to execute social media campaigns effectively. Ensure all visual content aligns with the cafe's branding guidelines and tone. Assist in capturing event photos and other visual documentation as needed.
