Diploma or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Live Host, Content Creator, or Social Media Presenter.
Confident and engaging on-camera personality with excellent communication skills.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and content algorithms.
Basic proficiency in photo and video editing tools (e.g. CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere, or similar).
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and storytelling skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Flexible to work on weekends, events, or content shoots as required.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Plan, host, and manage live streaming sessions on various platforms (e.g. TikTok, Instagram, Shopee Live, etc.) to promote the cafe's products and brand.
Develop and execute creative content ideas that align with the cafe's marketing strategy and brand image.
?Produce, film, and edit short-form and long-form video content for social media.
Engage actively with audiences during live sessions and on social media platforms to build community interaction.
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and schedule content calendars and promotional campaigns.
Monitor analytics, trends, and audience feedback to optimize content performance.
Maintain high standards of presentation and brand consistency across all content.
Stay up to date with current digital and social media trends relevant to the F&B industry.
Assist in photography, videography, and content editing tasks as needed.
